1. The skin care routine involves using a preparatory cleanser in the morning and evening. Its solvent formula doesn’t dry skin like foaming cleansers. Preparatory cleanser refreshes the skin in the morning and prepares it to receive active ingredients that follow. In the evening it gently removes all traces of make-up including eye make-up.
MORNING
2. The first step is Niacinamide Serum. It evens out skin tone, fades pigmentation and protects the skin’s immune system.
3. It is followed with Rejuvenating Serum containing 15% ascorbic acid, 1% l-retinol and 0.1% tocopherol (vitamin E). It provides powerful antioxidant protection, increases collagen production and prevents free radical damage from sun exposure.
4. The next step is a moisturising sunscreen cream which provides broad spectrum coverage of nanonised zinc oxide in a moisturising formulation with intracellular lipids and natural moisturising factors.
NIGHT
5. Cleansing is followed with Retinaldehyde Serum which increases skin firmness and repairs sun damaged cells. Retinaldehyde is a non-irritating Vitamin A preparation, which is clinically proven to reduce the signs of photoageing.
6. The next step is Skin Refining Serum, containing 13% alpha-hydroxy acids, and 5% salicylic acid, acting as a gentle exfoliant. It smooths and refines skin surface and unclogs pores. It can be followed by a moisturiser if needed (for dry skin)
